Formerly known as the After Party Sale, or APS for short, will be September 13 & 14. I actually love the new name because it makes more sense to me. Lilly Pulitzer (LP) dresses have always been like a ray of sunshine in my wardrobe and just make me feel so happy wearing all the pretty prints and colors. I hope to pick up a few more dresses and tees during this sale as well! I just signed up for the app and I’m hoping that will help out a lot with my shopping experience. The sizes sell out fast, so it’s good to have access to the sale within the palm of my hand!
I finally had a chance to wear this dress on our last trip to The Cape. I purchased this pre-Covid and I’ve put on a few pounds, but thank goodness this dress has stretch so I was able to fit into it anyway! I am obsessed with the puff sleeves, print, and colors. I’m wearing a size 6 and it hits a couple inches above my knees – love when I don’t have to get it shortened by the tailor!
Sunshine Sale Shopping Tips: Shop early is really the key to getting the item and size you want!! Usually the shipping fee is waived if you spend $25 or more. So if you’re undecided on one thing in your cart and for sure about another, just place multiple orders. Pretty much like 99% of the items are $25 or more – so getting free shipping is pretty easy to do. Definitely prepare the night before and jot down things you want. Search those items first! When the size and styles are gone, there is no guarantee they will become available again during the sale (usually they are not!) Also, make sure to have the credit card already registered to your account to save time and reduce the chances of the item(s) in your cart being sold out while you’re trying to add the credit card numbers to your account.
Like many of us looking for a good deal, this is when we shop LP!! This is really the only time I shop LP since the retail prices are out of my budget. This happens twice a year, so don’t miss out. We have 2 full days! Can’t wait!
